3. It is important to note that any third-party vehicle bookings made through our platform will be subject to certain terms and conditions.

4. In the event that we arrange a rental from a third-party provider on your behalf, we will charge you a non-refundable booking fee. This fee covers the administrative costs associated with securing the rental for you.

5. Please be aware that the rental amount and the security deposit will be payable directly to the rental company. High Moves Car Rental is not responsible for any additional charges or terms set forth by the rental company. It is your responsibility to thoroughly review and comply with the rental company’s policies, including but not limited to payment terms, cancellation policies, insurance coverage, and any applicable terms and conditions.

However, we cannot guarantee the availability, condition, or performance of third-party rental vehicles, as they are the sole responsibility of the rental company. Any disputes or issues arising from the rental of a third-party vehicle should be addressed directly with the respective rental company. High Moves Car Rental is only an acting agent to put you in contact with one trusted third party rental providers. Any questions or issues relating to your rental contract must be and should be followed up directly with your chosen rental company and not with High Moves Car Rental.

7. We are operating as an acting agency to ensure all our clients can be facilitated with reputable and trusted car rental providers within Dubai. High Moves Car Rental discharges any responsibility or liability regarding the rental experience, including but not limited to the condition, performance, and usage of the vehicle. We do not assume any responsibility for any incidents, damages, accidents, or losses that may occur during the rental period. In the event of such unfortunately occurrences during your rental contract period must be dealt with directly with the provider of your chosen vehicle.
